Dreams are the language of the Soul

How many of you believe you can’t remember your dreams?

I believed the same, but my work has helped me to grasp the concept that the Soul is always communicating with us in symbols, and dreams are one of the clearest ways it speaks.

Most people think they “don’t dream,” yet research shows that almost everyone dreams every single night, and that a large percentage of adults forget up to 90% of their dreams within minutes of waking. So it’s not that we don’t dream… It’s that we don’t remember.

My own journey with dream recall began when I discovered the work of Edgar Cayce, the Sleeping Prophet. His approach awakened something in me, and when I started practising his method consistently, everything shifted. I know some of you may feel sceptical, and that’s completely normal. I felt the same at first.

After two months of committed practice, I can now recall most of my dreams with clarity, insight, and meaning.

I’m actually very excited every night to receive guidance from my Soul!!!

Go all the way to the top!

So, where do you begin?

Before falling asleep, ask to be shown through your dreams the solution to your challenge or the next step on your path. Ask with full conviction, and believe with every bone in your body that you will receive your answer.

When you wake up, don’t move your body straight away. Instead, take five slow, conscious breaths. Connect to your subconscious mind and allow images, colours, or scenes to rise gently.

Stay still for a few moments. Every movement breaks the energetic thread and causes dream memories to evaporate.

Keep a dream journal by your bedside and write whatever comes, even if it’s only fragments at first. You don’t have to write everything down, only a few words.

Consistency is everything. In the beginning, you might remember nothing, and that’s ok. With time, patience, and belief, your inner landscape will begin opening like a book.

And you may wonder why I’m talking about dreams now…

Because I spend so much time immersed in imagery, symbolism, and intuitive storytelling, I naturally began expanding my imagination, and I felt a calling to pay more attention to my dreams.
