Energy Healing and Resetting @LAKEHOUSEKENT
When things don’t go well in your life, you might be able to notice changes in your energy if you are deeply attuned to your body. Why? Because everything is energy. Your emotions are energy, your thoughts are energy, and your feelings are energy! Healing and resetting your energy is vital for your mental and emotional wellness. During the healing work, which will take you deep into your subconscious mind and energetic settings, we will work on bringing healing to disrupted physical, emotional, mental, and energetic patterns.
Through deep activation meditation and energy healing, you will be able to recognise, uncover and deconstruct childhood conditioning, programming, and trauma, which have been imposed on you through no one’s fault. However, they are holding you back from living your truth and keeping you stuck and blocked in old ways.
When you become one with your energy, you will feel a sense of peace and relief in your body; you will become one with your Soul and your inner power, only to be reminded that you are in charge of your thoughts and the way you respond to life. During our time together, we will create space and set intention for your feelings to come up to the surface and move through your physical body so you can release them and invite new energy into your physical body so you can focus your attention and awareness on your goals without feeling like you are not good enough to pursue your dreams.
One hour session will be concluded with a message from your Spirit delivered through an oracle card.
