Don’t let fear hold you back!

A friend once said to me, almost casually,
“I wonder what you did in your past life to be doing such deep work now.”

I smiled at the time, but the question stayed with me.

I’ve wondered that too! I questioned myself, not in a dramatic way, but quietly. As if there are threads I’ve been following for a long time. As if this path didn’t just begin here, but a continuation of the journey of my Soul.

From a young age, I felt connected to something greater. I went to church every Sunday by myself, but I rarely listened to the priest. Instead, I would sit there and talk to God in my own way. I was quietly asking for guidance, asking to be shown what was being asked of me, even if I didn’t fully understand it yet.

And in those moments, I felt heard.

As I grew older, that connection deepened. My curiosity about what exists beyond our five senses became more than curiosity; it became part of my daily life. Tapping into a different dimension of awareness became normal for me. Not something special. Just… natural.

Many layers

But I didn’t walk this path because it was glamorous or mystical.

I walked it because I was hurting.

There was a lot of pain in my family. A lot that shaped me in ways I didn’t understand at the time. Two people very close to me chose to leave this world through the path of least resistance. When you experience that kind of loss, it changes your relationship with life. It forces questions you can’t ignore.

Why are we here?
Why try so hard?
What is the point of building anything if we all die anyway?

There was a period when I felt empty. Where striving felt pointless. Where I genuinely didn’t see the reason to keep pushing forward.

And then, slowly, something shifted.

It wasn’t a miracle. It was more like a quiet inner knowing. A small light that said, “There is more here.”

I began to understand that maybe we’re not here just to achieve, or survive, or prove something. Maybe we’re here to know ourselves. To meet the parts of us that exist beyond the noise of the mind. Beyond the roles we play. Beyond our name, our story, our body.

That realisation changed everything for me.

Now, when someone feels lost or uncertain, I recognise that place. I know what it feels like to question your life and not know how to move forward.

If you are in that space doubting your decisions, feeling heavy, pulled in different directions, I would genuinely love to support you.

The work we do isn’t about fixing you. You’re not broken.

It’s about understanding the tension inside, the push and pull between light and shadow, fear and trust, strength and vulnerability. When we bring awareness to those inner opposites and allow them to exist without fighting them, something softens.

You begin to feel lighter.
More grounded.
More like yourself.

We can explore whatever feels challenging for you. Nothing is too small. Nothing is too much.

This path isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about coming home to who you’ve always been.
