I would highly recommend this class...I attended in a state of severe stress and anxiety and am feeling better after only two sessions. It is a safe space in which you will be taught how to empty our mind, rest your body and be around lovely people who totally understand how you are feeling.

Life at times can be so busy. I saw the meditation classes advertised and thought it was something I would give a go. Well, I am so glad I did, I have never meditated before so didn't know what to expect. Corina has a wonderful manner and relaxes me straight away with her calming voice. I love the sessions, I enjoy the time just for me and can share any experiences within the group if I want to. It has expanded my thinking about what life is all about. I could not have imagined how a simple session each week has impacted my thoughts and made me more acceptant of others. “When I had my first session with Corina, I was feeling stuck both physically and mentally.
I felt anxious at work most of the time and I felt I had lost myself somewhere along the way. I didn’t know how to change things. Rejuvenating, calming, and soul opening is how I would describe Corina and her mediation in three words.
Your day might have been super chaotic, but in those 15 minutes with Corina, a sense of immense tranquillity descends upon you. Corina brings your attention to simple aspects, like egotism, can affect your day. Not only are her meditations a calming experience, but they are also a lesson and much more. After the meditation, what Corina had said and taught would remain with me. I learnt to revaluate my daily life and my actions with her simple 15-minute meditations. Doing so had a profound positive impact on my daily life.
I did not think group meditations would work for me. In the past when I have meditated, it has always been by myself. But I can assure you, that with Corina guiding the way, group meditations are possible. It is a very soothing feeling knowing there was a whole community with me during this meditation journey. I highly encourage you to try meditating with Corina’s meditations, as there is nothing to lose but so much to gain.
