Can you imagine the world without physical pain?
When we are out of balance, we experience physical pain. The only way for our higher self to communicate with us is through pain. When we experience physical pain, it’s because we are either resisting to speak up, resisting change, resisting to accept ourselves or resisting our environment. Physical pain shows that our energy systems are blocked.
✨ Pain is a teacher and it’s teaching us to love the body unconditionally. It’s also teaching us to value and appreciate ourselves, regardless of what the ego says.

💚 Healing comes from the heart and not from the mind. Open your heart to receive the love that wants to come in. You deserve to receive healing and love.
