Don’t let jealousy ruin your life …

Please grow up and stop being jealous of my life!

How many people do you have in your life who you feel are jealous of your achievements?
I know I have a few…

We all feel it when the other person behaves in a certain way …
It’s not always spoken, but it shows up in their behaviour… lack of communication … subtle patterns…
And often, it reveals more about what someone feels they are missing or craving within themselves.

But let me ask you this, are you ready?

Have you ever caught yourself feeling jealous of someone else?
To the point where you ignore their achievements… downplay their success… or struggle to celebrate them?

I’ll be honest 😇, I have.

Not proud of it, but aware of it. And that awareness changed everything.

Because jealousy isn’t actually about the other person.
It’s feedback.

According to John Demartini and the Demartini Method, jealousy shows up when we perceive someone else as having something we lack or haven’t fully owned within ourselves.

So instead of pushing it away or judging it, we can use it as a powerful tool for self-awareness and growth.

Here’s how to release it:

First, acknowledge it without shame. Then identify what exactly triggers you in the other person. Next, find where those same qualities already exist in your life. After that, balance the perception—no one is one-sided. Finally, integrate it by embodying what you admire in your own way.

Jealousy dissolves when comparison turns into recognition. And that’s where growth begins.

Work with me and identify your triggers.
